Right of Withdrawal (MX Customers)
In accordance with Consumer Rights, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days without the need to provide a reason.

Return Policy

However, this right does not apply to:
• Sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery
• Products that have been used or are not in their original condition and packaging
Due to hygienic and health protection reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Conditions
To initiate a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order
• The product must be returned to us within 7 days after confirmation of your return request
Returns must be sent to our warehouse address (provided after contacting us at elisa@maisonbelesse.com).
  1. Send an email to elisa@maisonbelesse.com with your order number, pictures or evidence and reason for return
  2. We will confirm whether your return meets our policy conditions
  3. If accepted, return instructions and address will be provided
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund (if applicable)
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or are received in poor condition, used, or incomplete.
Return Procedure
To request a return:
Refund Terms
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item
• Refunds are made via the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or we made an error
Defective or Incorrect Products
If the item is defective, damaged during transport, or the wrong product was sent:
• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package
• We will cover all associated return shipping costs
• A replacement or full refund will be offered based on your preference
Shipping Costs for Returns
• If the return is due to personal decision (e.g., you changed your mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover all shipping costs
