Delivery Time
Orders within Mexico are delivered in approximately 3–6 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, order volume, or external logistics conditions.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a delivery is missed and returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package:
• Take photos of the packaging and products immediately
• Report it to the courier at the time of delivery (if possible)

Order Processing

For shipments within Mexico, no additional customs charges apply. For orders outside Mexico (on request), the customer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
